ok, so this is my first blog post in a while.
i had to write a blog once for an education class that i took over the summer. the blog was centered over a book that i had to read for the class. it wasn't something that i found to be quite an enjoyable experience for a couple of reasons:
1. it was over a book that i found helpful but not fully engaging. it was kind of like going to an in-service and having to hear about something that you are supposed to be implementing, but you don't necessarily have enough resources to do it.
2. well it was an education book, a college text, need i say more!
ok, back to my first blog post in a while, i was inspired by two sister bloggers, Kate from thesmallthingsblog.com and Lauren frommygreydeskblog.com . i enjoyed reading things that they posted and i thought "i could do that!" so i am going to give it a shot. i want to reach out to people, others who may need some inspiration, some fun craft ideas, maybe a manicure idea, tales and horrors of wedding planning or even a thiry-one give away. i am doing this because i want to share my musings and ramblings. the two blogs above i visit frequently and i love their style. (i am not affiliated with either blog, i am just an avid reader :) ). so now you maybe asking "how is this blog different?" i don't know yet. it's going to be the start of something good. I can tell you that right now ;)
